the property

Hollow Creek Ranch consists of 150 acres of beautiful property. Two structures are suitable for a variety of purposes - the Rustic Red Barn, and the Open Air Pavillion.

The two buildings are connected by a crushed granite walkway, shaded by pecan trees.

 

the Rustic Red Barn

The Rustic Red Barn includes Men’s and Women’s bathrooms, a catering area with serving windows. Can comfortably seat 200 people at tables, and can accommodate up to 220 people, with tables and chairs for up to 200 guests.

The Rustic Red Barn is often used for dining and/or dancing.

 

the open air pavilion

The Open Air Pavilion is our newest structure completed in 2018. The Pavilion includes a full size bar, extra seating via picnic tables, and plenty of space for dancing and music of all kinds; all under our cozy Bistro lighting and fans to keep the dance floor cool.

The Pavilion can seat up to 300 guests.

Booking Hollow Creek Ranch includes use of all buildings listed above.

We are equipped with all the basics, as well as additional elements to make your event a success.

  • Tables (twenty 8 foot tables and twenty 60 inch round tables)

  • Metal folding chairs (200 count)

  • White wood folding wedding chairs (100 count)

  • BBQ pit 

  • Aluminum ice tubs  

  • Bistro lighting in the open air Pavilion

  • Ceiling fans in both buildings 

  • We supply all paper towels and toilet paper for bathrooms 

  • Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite

  • Wifi

We are pleased to include complimentary use of the property for Bridal Portraits or other photography when you book a wedding with Hollow Creek Ranch - ask us about making an appointment!

Pricing

  • 2026 Peak Season (January - May, September - December): $500o

  • 2026 Off-peak Season (June - August): $4000

  • 2027 Peak Season (January - May, September - December): $600o

  • 2027 Off-peak Season (June - August): $5000

Note: our pricing is all inclusive for amenities listed above and also covers our cleaning service. Due to a dramatic increase in our insurance rates, we’ve had to account for that in the pricing increases you see above. We did our best to be mindful and raise prices gradually.
