If you would like to serve alcohol at your event, Hollow Creek Ranch requires you work with our preferred vendor, Lasting Impressions. They have a highly trained, TABC certified staff who know our venue and do a fantastic job at all of our events!

The Bartender  agrees to:

• Arrive at least 10  minutes before the scheduled start time

• Serve beverages responsibly and in accordance with TABC guidance

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event

• Refrain from consuming alcohol while on duty

• Bring own tools (shaker, strainer, wine key, bar mat, etc.) unless otherwise agreed
